Seems like if you sent 75% or so projects to a trusted paint and body shop they would come back hours away from completion. The sentimental part of wanting to do everything is understandable. However, the heart, soul and style of the projects are your gifts. You can smash through those almost blindfolded with one arm tied behind your back. If you sent several to paint you could rearrange the shop areas. Install a few stackers and fill it up with completed projects as they come back.

@@samthesr20man Very true. I guess I should have put more emphasis on finding a "trusted" paint and body shop. Just like finding a trusted parts supplier and a trusted crew of mechanics to help install them and complete the mechanical phases of every project. I believe Redline restoration did the paint and body work on TJ's gtr in Connecticut, I think they may be about 30+ minutes away from Jimmy's shop. Quality shops are out there, there is no shame in outsourcing them to help one complete a project. There is absolutely more than one way to get a job done/completed properly. The letting go of, or turning some parts over to others is the hardest part.

Jimmy and the boys have been busting ass all year and it shows. 2023 is just like when your favorite band goes on tour. No studio time to work on an album but they're out and about seeing fans and going to shows. The number of builds and amount of work put out between trips has been insane. Considering I don't travel and haven't managed to get my own car back on the ground after ripping apart the suspension and re registered for atleast 6 months. The boys are wild.

If you need to mix a can up like that again. Get a bolt, cut the head off, put it in a drill and a zip tie on the end of it, and use that to mix it up. Had some primer sitting for a while, and it was all clumpy. Did that, and it mixed up nicely
