also got mine for 25 euro, lucky to get a real one, but mine does have crazy backlight bleeding in topright corner, and the plastic on the housing looks a bit scuffed on some parts.

Hopefully it's not enough to ruin your gaming on it! We've not seen any issues with backlight bleeding, and arrived in great condition, better than expected to be honest!

Cannot work out how to save the game and return to the games menu without losing the games progress? After I save a game, then select and start, its like it does a reboot but doesn't save game progress.

You can use save states (press SELECT + X, then SELECT SAVE STATE) if you're having issues with regular saving. This will save your game at the exact point you want and pick up at the same point when you load it (SELECT+ X and choose LOAD STATE)

I've just looked through the list and unfortunately it's not on there - however you can add your own titles to the system, so you could get it on there, I just couldn't say how well it would work - if it relies on the touchscreen a lot, it would be quite cumbersome, but not impossible!

@@TheN222222222 Quality is pretty good, feels well made, the 3.5-inch 640×480 IPS screen is great quality. Looking at around 4-5hrs battery life

even the good version run some of the 3D games like trash, just use it for the 2D games, if you want something better get something like a ambernic RG35 XXPLUS , im getting one with the better Operating system installed that runs upto ps1 games ect like the KNULLI Operating System on a 258GB SD Card , You can Copy The 15000 games onto another SSD and use them games on diffrent devices, Back it upto onto your PC or something then you got them games forever ;) can even get new games and put them on and play them too

Not tried it, but the R36S runs retroarch which has netplay, this allows you to play trough a local network. But as the R36S doesn't come with wifi, you would need a usb wi-fi adapter on both consoles. Can't say for sure this would work as not tested it personally, but as long as the ROM files are the same, can't see why it shouldn't work. I'd suggest checking online to see if anyone else has tried it though

This is definitely something we didn't encounter on either of the test units we had - but we had reached out to the makers of the R36S for a guide to help anyone that wanted to update the firmware, change memory cards etc Not sure if the answer you're looking for is in the manual they sent over, but it's worth a look.
