Eu comprei meu R36s ainda vai chegar lá para 2 de dezembro, vale apena eu já baixar ou é melhor esperar chegar para eu ver o modelo? Ou coisa parecida?

Provavelmente virá com o painel 4, más é melhor esperar e conferir, talvez ja tenha uma versão mais nova do ArkOS .

Por exemplo se eu tiver 1 cartão que já vem no R36s e quero trocar vou e copio todos as pasta para outro cartão de memória, é preciso reformadar esse tudo desse cartão ou tem como deixar as roms trocando somente o sistema?

Só funciona copiar de um cartão pro outro se vc usar um programa que faz clone, e clonar de um pro outro. Vc pode tb, instalar o sistema mais novo no cartão novo, e depois só copiar as roms e bios de um cartão pro outro. Pra atualizar apenas o sistema em um Cartão que já tem um sistema e roms, pode atualizar usando um adaptador Wifi ou compartilhando a conexão do smartphone usando um cabo usb C.
