Volvo v70 2.5 tdi headgasket replacement and first start

Now i am with the same project, my car bent 3 valves, i will change the 5 exhaust valve, but the seqt of valves look nice and i think it will be mount without aditional head works. My car broke the timing belt but it had only 180.000km Sorry for the english and thanks for show your great job

Did you machined the cylinder head surface?

Love the video, it makes it look easy :D But i have few questions. Why did u replace the exaust valves? How did u know head gasket was needing a replacment? What was the material cost?

exhaust valves get the most heat, the sealing surface was bad.

what was a millage before repair ???

dont know exactly, odometer showed 240000, but i think it was more than that.

Are you sure this is a VOLVO V 70??
