I am in Australia and I went for a MRI scan and I am quite a sizable Afrikaner so the experience was to put it mildly rather SIHT, but that is what you get with a public health system. You will wait in lines for hours. This one young boy who had a broken arm, not cracked, broken completely broken and he waited with us for 7 hours before he saw a doctor. And no you will hear South Africans in Australia, say but this, but that, but we both know it is true.

Hospitals are mostly only as good as the nursing staff. Recently I visited a friend in ICU at a posh private hospital and was appalled at the standard and arrogant attitude of the nursing staff. I have since been told that most nursing staff are supplied by agencies so hospitals can at a moments notice not employ them at the hospital's discretion eliminating labour CCMA disputes. Most competent SA medical staff have been recruited by overseas agencies to work elsewhere.

What's your problem with SA. The last time I called you out you accused SAns of trampling on other people's right to free speech. Without trying to find out about the size of the hospital and why it costs less than the hospital you're trying to compare it with, you naively conclude that the quality of the facility is suspect. Give credit where it's due. In SA they do proper quality checks of buildings while they are on their building stages. Jealousy looks nasty on you. There are videos doing rounds in Nigeria of a hospital that forced a family to carry home a corps that the family claimed the person died in hospital, but the hospital's counter argument is that they brought the person in dead. Why aren't you commenting on that issue since you're a expert in everything. Mxa.

In fact, I have been cursed and accused by Nigerians many time even far worse than South Africans. I just point out what I believe while looking at that meagre amount for a beautiful building like that, that we must be careful of cut-corners. And, there is nothing wrong in that. Do you have any skeleton in your closet in SA? You know those beautiful cheap Chinese electronics come to mind. Don't misunderstand me here, I like the Chinese and they also produce very good quality products So we aren't quarrelling but there is a misunderstanding here regarding my right to criticise fairly what I see about countries of my dear continent.
