While deriving value of Is , we have ignored voltage loss across resistance ro .... Can you please elaborate sir, why....

Good Question Beta. See R0 value of Transresistance amplifier is very very small. Drop across R0 would be very less so almost voltage will appear across load resistance and hence we consider it as Vo . Allways remember if you get voltage at output from amplifier then Output resistance would be very very small.so ignore voltage drop across this resistance. Thank you Beta 😊
