This is so sad. The part of the smell of his abuela just breaks my heart. But it's funny because one ingredient change everything and many times it's because somebody forgot to buy something and made a replace and BOOM this is how we cook this now.

Wow. You know there had to have been millions of people cooped up in small apartments alone during the lockdowns and quarantines. I was lucky, I live on 20 acres and could go outside, and I’m an introvert anyway so it didn’t bother me much. I feel for all those who had to be in small spaces and no contact with people. Oh, and Raul was amazing in this.
