Attar toiri luchi , atta or wheat flour is healthy than all purpose flour or Maida , we make luchi or puri with Maida or all purpose flour , today I am sharing the easy recipe of attar luchi which is healthy and testy too.
For making attar luchi we need
250 gm of wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2tsp semolina or suji
4 tsp oil
Water as required
Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
How to make attar luchi
First make a dough of wheat flour , add salt , sugar , semolina and oil then mix it, slowly add water as required, make a smooth dough . Add some oil on top of it , kneed it’s again and Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes.
Divided the dough in small portion , apply oil in rolling pin , then roll it shape of luchi / poori . Fry it in extremely hot oil .
