A voice that became synonymous with romance in its time and then went on to become a legend - that is Mohammed Rafi. Rafi sa'ab learnt classical music from the stalwarts Ustad Abdul Wahid Khan, Pandit Jiwan Lal Mattoo and Firoze Nizami, and so it is no surprise that most music directors loved to have their classical and quasi-classical compositions sung by him. Remembering his beautiful musical journey we have sung for you a medley of some of the most classically influenced songs sung by him.

This is an excellent new way of presenting good music. Very soothing to ears and peace of mind, this is possible in old songs only. Lata ji in female and Rafi sahab in male are the most Sureeli and Sureela singers in film songs till date 🩵

Please continue to showcase the Raags etc. This deep history of music needs to be showcased alot more. Present day music is temporary and hasn't got the depth of musical notes as it should be.
