On the occasion of 'HOLI' - a festival of colors, sharing a composition on Lord Krishna.
This is a live recital of Raag Bageshree by Shruti Bujarbaruah at the Annual Festival “ Surangan’ curated by Sangeet Natak Academy, North-east Centre, Assam. Shruti started with Raag Bageshree. In Bageshree she presented a traditional badakhyal - ‘Kaun gat Bhayi’, followed by two chotakhyals - ‘Jal Jamuna Bharan’ and ‘Beg Beg Ayo’. The other two bandish-s are uploaded separately in this channel. After Bageshree, she presented one Dadra (semi-classical composition) which is also available in this channel. Hope you enjoy.
