#swat_motorway

Swat motorway tunnels are completed and here I share the updated vlog on latest condition of #Swat_Motorway. I believe, everyone would know that its just phase-1 that is completed recently and phase 1 is from M-1 to #Chakdara. Phase-2 is another part of this motorway (from Chakdara to Fatehpur) 80 km long four lane motorway. Bravo! it will be a game changer for tourism in Swat the Switzerland of Pakistan. Thanks to KP government and FWO for laying this carpet for our vehicles and letting us have a wonderful journey from Islamabad to Chakdara just in one and a half hour that earlier took more than 5 hrs at times.
With six interchanges, phase 1 of this motorway is 81 km in length having four lanes. Tunnels, wow! they are just the major role player reducing the travel time significantly. Three tunnels, one with length around 1 km and two with few hundred meters would let you experience heavenly views. The thing I liked the most was different views at both sides of tunnel (mountain).
This is going to give a throttle to the tourism in Swat, Dir and Chitral in the coming years. I wish all the best to the peaceful and loving people of Swat. Guys, make the most from the nature around you. Prayers be with you!

It looks stunning ❤️, hello sir, i want to ask something, this moterways are same as we called in india as expressways (access contrlled highways- where only 4 wheels Drive, allowed.and dont have entrance and exit in bet the root, fully cntrolled ) or just an Advanced highway, and if this an Expressways, then is there Normal highways- alongside the moterways, im what the status of Highways in Pakistan?

Well the concept of motorways, highways and expressways is a bit different in Pakistan from what it is there in India. Motorways are controlled expressways. Only 4 wheel vehicles are allowed with toll greater than normal highways while highways accommodate all kind of traffic. Controls here on expressway are similar to motorways

@@TravelDiariesPakistan Don't get me wrong, but sir pakistan do really need this, Moterways/Expressways, im in Despite booming economy and 4 th larget automobile industry india have, and all the resource we have, till date we have only 1800 kms of expressways/ moterways, less than total lenth of moterways/expressways pakistan have,(offcourse now we are making 7,800 kms of expressways which are gonna completed in 2-3 yrs) but sill india lags behind us, china, europe in terms of expressways, reason is that, this countries are more devloped than India, there vehicle proportiona ratio to the population is much higher than india and pakistan, so there s no point to making Expressways/ Moterways, when we dont have that much vehicle movement on the road, its waste of money, then again another reason and solutions of this problem, is our national highways, currently india have 1,50,000 km existing national highways network, 2nd in the world, only behind us, and frm 2014, additional 1,00,00 km newly highways are in making, under the project name"bharatmala" old existing Highways also upgrading through this project, the main motto of this project is evry district in india should be connected through atleast one highway, Features of the Highways are, Highway should have minimum 4 lanes, road quality similar to the expressways, in short all the facilities what expressways have given to this highways, logistics park, bus-truck depos,reast houses, food chains, feeder roads etc.the only difference is that this highways are not acces cntrolled Highways, no speed limit, so anyone can use it,.so the my point is in india, expressways are being built where there is great need, but before that and parllel to that more highways are constructed here to benfiting the every commoner of the country, im not saying pakistan does not need moterways, but this much and for now,like pakistan like country, who is economically starving, and as far as i know, this projects comes under cpec? I hope u understaing what i saying.

Two of our seaports were connected with rest of the country with only one national highway and sub roads. CPEC roads and motorways have made the life of a common man much easier and after completion of western route, it will be a game of 3 days from Gawadar to China that will result in boosting tourism and trade and in turn economy.

Prashant beedkar this actually an express way. People wrongly call it a motorway. If you are looking for actual motorways in pakistan these are M1(from peshawar to islamabad), M2 from islamabad to Lahore, M3 from Lahore to some downward city in punjan, M5 sukker to multan etc. All of these are actual motorways with six lines. If you do some research you will find that pakistan is leading from india in terms peoples access to motorways and expressways. Peace from pakistan.
