It's in Numbers 6: 24-26. The Sons or Aaron, or the Aaron branch of the Priesthood, were commanded to give the blessing to the congregation. They were of a specific lineage whereas previously thenright belonged to the firstborn of each family until the sins of the graven calf while Moses was conversing with the Addonai. After that specific people were assigned duties and though Aaron's lineage has a natural right to it because of the promise to that line, the priesthood itself is not an honor somone takes to themselves but they have to be called to it by the proper authority, just like Aaron originally was. The arc had specific people tasked with carrying it and it was steadied by someone not appointed and they were instantly dead, on the spot, just for touching it. This is serious stuff. Wirhout authority of the priesthood though, do not underestimate the miracles from the prayer of faith. Seek and ye shall find. Search for greater wisdom and seek to not be decieved. Look for advocates, more than accusers/adversaries.
