Anything negative you let stay still until it goes away, nothing good comes out of it. When I get depressed, I either drink coffee and channel the energy to learn torah. Or, I have a fitness day which includes a run and lifting weights. Once you are in a high mood, the goal to maintain it is to carefully guard your thoughts, so practicing meditation can help to anchor you in a high vibration.

Developing how to maintain a high mood and why is that that G.od build this vibration world, with constant movement, and what's the purpose of G.od giving someone a bad mood?
