I do that to the point of ocd’s. When the thoughts come I pray and ask God to prioritize which needs to be done first and that I’m effective and efficient in all that I want to get done. Then I ask Him to change my desires for the things that are not as important to Him. And so forth. It gives me peace.

Rabbi Schneider, I only knew your approximate age because I have read Called to breakthrough, it is perhaps my favorite book because we are indeed so alike. Boxing was for me as a youth and young adult what wrestling was for you, and I met the same difficulties filling this whole once I stopped competing. I want to say I truly hope and pray in 2024 this ministry is just getting started, in relation to the impact and reach it will continue to make. I have always been amazed at how youthful you look, and I hope like me you will continue your fitness training, just as you did in middle and High school in Pepper Pike Ohio, because I believe you as just getting started and this is surely a fight we are in! ✡️ +✝️

I just had a talk about this anxiety thing with a friend an hour ago and this appears when i get back home. It is amazing how God works! I have alot of anxiety lately and I know im thinking too much but somehow my brain gets stuck in that over thinking rut and i end up annoying myself. When Rabbi was talking about peace and praying about it i just felt like a kid crying about how much i want that peace.

I know what you are going thru, I had my sister going thru the same as you for a year she was tormented by anxiety and I told her to surrender her self to the lord, She repented cried out to gid forgiveness and know she has the holly spirit in her , in those trials his calling us to him, seeking with your heart and he will come to you my brother and repent , and all will be well
