I've often wondered this... bc Rav talks much about how few Jews there are in the world and how converts are usually very good additions to the religion, why don't they encourage conversion w the gentiles more? I understand the religion, to be true & orthodox is very difficult, but it's been proven there are many gentiles in the world willing to participate to the fullest and have a great love for The Most High God, it seems conversion would be a good way to bring the numbers up & therefore support & understanding for Jews everywhere.
