@נועה צרפתי Shavua tov. Ken... Yes Rabbi Reuven also gives very strong mussar probably as tough and at times even very matter fact more than Rabbi Mizrachi. Rabbi Reuven is very serious and funny in his own sarcastic style. Great teacher for sure! Rabbi Mizrachi however has developed over the years these characters - "names"...and his style is just out there... I have him to thank personally for drawing me back to Emes. These young men are so blessed to have had the merit to listen to him at this vunerable stage of their lives... may we pray for their neshamot that they FOLLOW his sage advice. Over the years there have been people who have not listened to Rabbi Mizrachi and have suffered the consequences.... Our generation is blessed to have him, Rabbi Reuven and also Rabbi Alon Anava. They are all balshuva Rabbis who are putting before us the path of LIFE....of living water! May they each be blessed abundantly for all the amazing kiruv work that they do. I am eternally grateful for finding each of them and growing in application with every shiur. Slowly slowly on the way...may you also be blessed too Noah... Wishing you a gut Shabbas too

I greatly appreciate rabbi Mizrachis lectures. In this shiur however, I disagree on the opposition of becoming a doctor treating non-Jews: Maybe it is due to the audience, which are potential talmidim. But saving life is just that. Why did G-d let them live and put them on earth, enable them to meet a doctor, if they are not supposed to? Further, also an extreme example of one taking a break from learning to save a life of a person drowning - I bet that if the rabbi was in the water, he wouldn't be sad he was saved.
