Points of interest: - It's the final Rally GB to include Kielder forest stages. By 1997 onwards, the RAC Rally runs mainly around the forests of Wales. - Save for Toyota & Ford, unfortunately, the rally is registered mainly for WRC 2L A7 F2 Championship points. Hence, no presence of main WRC contenders & factory works WRC teams of A8 Class.
