Yes. We naturally gain a few extra pounds in the off season and naturally loose a few as the season progresses haha

It's called Dove Mountain! We just parked at the Dove Mountain Brewing Co. and there's a trail that runs alongside the road. We went on the west side of the road (opposite the street where we parked)
