Unlike alot of old guys, I actually like modern purpose built race bikes, and Chase especially from the form to the color schemes just look awesome! BTW, as the man said, "the separation, is in the preparation"!!

The transponder boot is really neat. Top tip on the stem choice and bar

Barry you need to talk to the road guys about rolling resistance. They are running less pressure than they used to because of better rolling resistance. Road used to be 23mm at 120psi and now they are running 70-80 psi with 28-30 mm tires - only because of rolling resistance. BMX needs to catch up. Even though BMX tracks are usually pretty smooth these days they are not like velodrome smooth where high psi is OK.
@Kittyjesus5039 күн бұрын
Agreed. On my road bike on bad chip seal roads here in OR 32mm tires 55 psi tubeless and I’m 205lbs.

Thank you for making and for sharing the video. Good information. Very watchable. More videos like this would be appreciated...maybe...somehow...with even greater details.

Give me an idea of what the “more detail” would look like please. We all may have different looks on that so I’m genuinely curious and will note it

Barry! Do you do a lot of roller training for maximum pedal speed? What about Bart Wayne? Does he care about pedal speed?

so are those tubes a good inner tube ? i hear some say not worth the risk like to hear some real world answers
@barrynobles95Ай бұрын
They are a fraction of the weight as a normal tube. 2 tubes is lighter then one normal. I’ve ran these type of tubes for many years and maybe only had 2 or 3 flats. Well worth the purchase if you are searching for the extra 1%s

Good vid. I would say 90% or pro riders don’t do this often enough 😂 Also why not flip your stem and tun 7” bars??
@barrynobles95Ай бұрын
1. Flipping the stem up is more than a half inch. 2. I don’t like the look of a top load 3. 7” bar would like like a cruiser bar haha. Also they don’t make a 7
@TwistedCoAustraliaАй бұрын
@@barrynobles95 hahaha. Yeh 7” will make it 2-3mm different still. Just thinking of the added stress on the bolts being upside down
