Barry you need to talk to the road guys about rolling resistance. They are running less pressure than they used to because of better rolling resistance. Road used to be 23mm at 120psi and now they are running 70-80 psi with 28-30 mm tires - only because of rolling resistance. BMX needs to catch up. Even though BMX tracks are usually pretty smooth these days they are not like velodrome smooth where high psi is OK.

Agreed. On my road bike on bad chip seal roads here in OR 32mm tires 55 psi tubeless and I’m 205lbs.

I'm building an rsp 5 and I have an ikon for but it is not tapered how is getting the crown to line up work without adding the crown rise

They are a fraction of the weight as a normal tube. 2 tubes is lighter then one normal. I’ve ran these type of tubes for many years and maybe only had 2 or 3 flats. Well worth the purchase if you are searching for the extra 1%s

Good vid. I would say 90% or pro riders don’t do this often enough 😂 Also why not flip your stem and tun 7” bars??

1. Flipping the stem up is more than a half inch. 2. I don’t like the look of a top load 3. 7” bar would like like a cruiser bar haha. Also they don’t make a 7
