A look back at my race last weekend ending with a 2nd place in my AG. Had lots of fun and felt good to dust off and race again! The splits were:
- Total: 4:09:56 - Swim: 28:22 4th - Bike: 2:12:42 2nd - Run: 1:22:38 6th

Good to see a solid result! Gives you a base to work from. Due to your Girona video and a few others like it, I was out there last week to check the place out for future training. @@dinoheinert3271 Well done! Make sure you don't fall into the 1st of all traps in triathlon which is ranking the success of your race based on objective outcomes like a ranking. It can help as an additional motivator but the most important one HAS to be intrinsic motivation and showing the result of all your hard training. If you showed the results you are capable off, you had a good race!
