In this Race Grooves review, we check out the 2014 Hot Wheels Spiral Stack-Up Starter Set. These are the types of sets that I encourage because the consumer can make their own custom play area and lay-outs.
It is great to have toys that do not require batteries. This set is gravity actuated. Unfortunately, the Side Launchers do not open fully enough. While I could get the cars to be launched, the car that initiated the action often gets stuck. The user can always push the car to continue on it's path but I don't believe that this is what Mattel intended to be the activity.
This set is $24.99 in the USA and found in the major toy stores. I bought mine at Target and Toys R Us.
