SPLIT 4 - 200km. 54 aps
The RaceKraft Simulations V8 Veterans Season 22 continues its world tour, with Split 4 heading to the technical and demanding Okayama International Circuit in Japan for Round 6. This 200km race will push drivers to their limits, requiring a perfect blend of speed, strategy, and tire management to come out on top.
Championship leader Shannon McMillan from WK&P has been a model of consistency, but the momentum is shifting. Ray Smith from Infinity Motorsport is the hottest driver in the field, quickly becoming the man to beat with his impressive run of form. A strong result here could see him close the gap or even take the championship lead as the season enters its critical phase.
But the battle doesn’t end there. Keep an eye on Rob Baxter from CX2, a fast-improving driver who has been turning heads with his recent performances. Baxter’s pace has been steadily increasing, and Okayama’s mix of tight corners and flowing sections could play right into his hands. Meanwhile, Nova SimSports’ Shane Patterson is another driver worth watching. A proven competitor, Patterson has the potential to shake up the order and challenge the front-runners.
With a 200km distance, race strategy will be key. Tire wear, fuel management, and smart overtaking will determine who comes out on top. Okayama’s tricky layout, with its tight hairpins and fast, sweeping corners, is sure to test every driver’s adaptability.
Will McMillan hold onto his championship lead? Can Smith continue his dominant streak? Or will a new challenger rise to the occasion? The answers will be revealed in what promises to be another thrilling round of the V8 Veterans Series in Japan!
