Rachael Leahcar talks about her disability and how you can turn your weakness into a strength

Saturday 3 December was International Day of People with Disability.
To celebrate, singer/songwriter Rachael Leahcar recorded this message of encouragement for Open Access Students.
Rachael is legally blind and currently has around 5% of vision, which deteriorates over time.
As you’ll see in the video she doesn’t let it stop her! She has performed her music all around the world and is also very passionate about helping people with a disability overcome challenges and turn weakness into a strength.

Hi reache tam have cerebral palsy and wear afo braces all the time also diabetes and and epilepsy since 4 old first big seizures not any seizures med will be start physical therapy next Saturday luara teacher declined in my legs hard if hearing have medcaital alert bracelet other not with all time go camp in summer and farm no dec cousin daneille take family most time

One thing i real don't like about you! Acturly it is so bad, that you have not put a lot of your singing out on YT! So in the new yourl et us have pleasure of a lot of your singing! It can only bee too litle! Love from Denmark.
