Hey Rachel, could you share details behind the design? Instead of shipping a kitchen, one could buy on the ground but where the buy it?mThose resources would be helpful. love the skirting on the wall. The closet doors were cute. The colour on the wall and the doors too. The tiles were neatly done in the kitchen. In the Bathroom there was abit of too much grout going on. The sockets were nice. The 2nd bathroom was alot dark. Was there no window there?
@RachaelNalumu3 жыл бұрын
Small window in the second bathroom because of the positioning in the building. Definitely would love to share design details but I don't have them. Their kitchens are similar in all their buildings so my guess is to contact them and maybe they'll connect you with their interior designer.

This is laughable, this Condos is NOT luxury its ok. I think the property agencies are overly ambitious when it comes to pricing. Most properties in Uganda are stupidly overly priced that ONLY the thieves in government can afford to purchases them. Secondly I think property agencies in Uganda, think that Ugandans abord would purchase such condo and the answer to that is NO chance. Here is why Ugandans or Africans would rather purchases a $200,00 property in the USA, Germany, UK and other countries in the West because you can make more profit and be set for retirement. Now can you ever resell this Condo and get $200,00 back or even make any profit?? I highly doubt because most Ugandans in Uganda will never make $200,00 in their lifetime. And also most Ugandans prefer to buy land and builded as it far more cheaper. $25,000-$30,000 can builded you a very beautiful house in any part of African. So, Ugandan property agencies stop you stupid over pricing as it is... most properties in Uganda are seating empty and collecting dust.
