Great vlog! I've always wondered why some businesses (not all) start with subpar services especially when still new. Are you not concerned about your reputation? lol. Sounds like poor management or the owners aren't so passionate about it, maybe both.

Now the funny thing about most of these places, they’ve been around for some time now. Maybe it’s the comfort? Money is sweet so they start slacking? 😅
