I being a lifescience student I and many of my kind do a lot of efforts in conserving nature wildlife and habitats and ecosystems of special importance which is crucial in safeguarding our national security at a very higher level. so suppose if such a platform of trading land is created where trades are exucuted at the tip of fingers like these derivative market, just imagine what mankind would do this earth and what man would do to himself. its very dangerous to even think of such a concept given the presence of 1000s of land grabbers who may go on a devastating trades for profits..

Ma'am, you said the specifications fixed at the start of a contract will remain till the expiry of the contract. Continuing with the Nifty 50 example, we don't actually trade Nifty 50, but we trade its derivatives. So, when we create a derivative contract for nifty, are we creating a contract for the numerical value of Nifty we see on ticker or its underlying stocks? Because, since the underlying stocks in nifty 50 can change, it might happen that we created a contract, and before it's expiry, one of the stocks in nifty 50 was replaced with another stock. If the contract is created based on the underlying stocks, the specification of the contract changed, right? How does that work?

Ans: 55.00 - Commodity futures are financial instrument like turmeric/Onion/Tomatoes which can be traded for hedging to mitigate losses or for speculation if you want to make profits. Understood arts/science student kahi ke.. 😂 Ma'am was like itna der kya smjhaya tuje 😭. Cheque is also a financial instrument but not an asset 😁
