Agreed. She used a teaspoon in the video. And I made this pudding after watching it using 3 tablespoons of baking powder and it totally flopped. The pudding was like mud. I was so upset. The receipe comes from Bill Granger originally. I made it before from.his book "Simply Bill" If you google this receipe you will see Rachel Allen under Home Channe talking about this receipe and it states 3 teaspoons of baking powder in the ingredients. I watched this video again to see where I went wrong as Im a pretty good cook. That is when I further googled to find it written.

sounds like your batter is too thick and your sauce is too thin and light. you might have to adjust the measurements or whatnot.

Visually,the spoon she uses in the video is a teaspoon. I think she made a verbal mistake saying 'tablespoon'
