Rachel and Sid Part 2

Lesbian interest storyline about Rachel and Sid in this UK TV period drama set just prior to WWII. In these scenes: the threat of war becomes more of a reality for Rachel and she is worried Sid will be hurt. Meanwhile Sid is fearful about a German invasion as she is half Jewish. Rachel seeks comfort in Sid's arms and they kiss and hold each other. Unbeknownst to the couple though Rachel's niece is watching but does not register them as girlfriends. War is declared and Sid tells Rachel she has volunteered to be an ambulance driver. Sid also states that it will be hard for her to visit and Rachel will have to start staying with her at her London flat.
Rachel and Sid are two LGBTQ+ characters from a UK TV show first screened back in 2001.
