I used to watch Miranda a LONGG time ago and i watched a few vids of Rachel back then too and I swore she was gay. I was like 10 at the time and hadn’t come out yet but then I stopped watching their family for awhile, started watching again in like 2019 and I was so confused when Rachel came out because I literally thought she had been gay for a long time🤣

@@peachxtaehyung this took me a minute of confusion too but I think they basically mean having a supportive family often makes or breaks your coming out experience. I grew up loving Rachel and her sister. I watched all of Rachel's videos, and as a kid, I took a lot from them. I don't know if she remembers this but probably almost 10 years ago she made a video where she was thirsting over Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Anniston and said she had massive "girl crushes" on them. She went on to say that it's totally cool to have girl crushes no matter what you identify as (with all due respect the closet was glass lmfao). Immediately after watching that I started saying I had girl crushes on various celebrities. That was the first time I allowed myself to think that way, and fast forward to now I've been out as queer for close to 5 years. She may not have understood that she was gay too but she definitely helped me lol. Def wasn't surprised when she came out, but it did make me remember that part of my childhood. super full circle, i'm so happy for her.

I teared 😢 up a bit when she went into more detail of her ex relationship and knowing how alone and unseen she must have felt. I'm so happy she's in such a better place! 💓 xoxo P.S....I think you and the Co-host had such great chemistry, maybe show the guest most of the attention and look at them a little more (in the nicest way possible).

I would love an episode on sex drive for sure! I am a gay, I have known that I am gay since I was about 11 y/o. I am 29 now. But I have never once felt the need to have sex, and I still haven’t. That desire it’s just not there for me. I know that probably makes me asexual. But I do find people with high sex drives fascinating, since I don’t have that. I really think it’s a topic that we don’t talk about enough.

Oh wow, I could’ve written this too. I do it cause the partners I have had have had the desire to do so, so I’ve always really just done it cause I know it pleases them, but myself, personally? I’ve literally never felt the desire/the need to sleep with someone. As attractive as I’ve found people, I’ve never truly looked at anyone and thought (for lack of better words, truly) “I would really love to f*^* you right now”. Never. I’m not repulsed by sex, I’m not fearful of sex, I have no sexual trauma, I’m not especially body conscious or shy, I’m accepting of my sexuality, sex doesn’t make me anxious… I’ve had my hormones checked and nothing was out of the ordinary, but the drive is just like… not there? Ive been reluctantly coming to terms with the fact I am likely somewhat ace, probably.

Yooo I related so hard to this episode. Being stuck in a codependent/toxic relationship is hard. Had one for *9* years (16-25). My "aha" moment was him lying to me for a year about an affair, even though I knew he was lying. Eventually he came clean and I said, "and why didn't you tell me?" And he said "I thought you wouldn't care." I was like "that's bullshit. You're bullshit. All of this is bullshit" I got another job and made enough money to move back home in three months after that. Came out as trans when I finally got away. Never looked back.
