1:01:16 Vivid flashes of past moments. I used to get those a lot in my mid to late 30s. I always thought of it as my brain cleaning out old memories to make room for new ones. Like, "Here it is, one last time. We're chucking it out".

The cigarette/french fry comparison was in relation to inflammation. The cigarettes cause inflammation in your arteries for a shorter amount of time than consuming french fries.

Just bake the fries 🍟 😅 baked potato, sour cream, garlic powder/salt/pepper, broccoli on the side. Bonus points if you have a tahini drizzle on top of it all.
