I love how you used the pinking shears to cut that small triangle at the part for a more natural look! Great tips!!! How does the cap fit? I have a 22.5”. It doesn’t look like they put blonder hairs along the front hairline…. Wish they did that more often. Thank you doll!

Oh, and one more question 🤗 How did you adhere the wig grip to the cap? I love that you’re using just a portion of it rather than the whole wig grip!! That’s a brilliant idea and I like it because the whole grip gives me a headache and makes my wigs too tight…

I know what you mean about the wig grip. It is sewn into cap at both ends. I will be making a little tutorial soon as well. 🤗

On a later clip when you show the lace front up close I don’t see that area at the part removed. Did you just pluck the hair there or did you actually cut a some of the lace out?

Hi Michelle! Thanks for watching! I have plucked the hair to achieve the notch in the hairline. I have learned the hard way not to cut into the lace to create this effect. Cutting into the lace makes it weaker and it will fray easily. Plucking the hair is all you need to achieve the desired look! My head circumference is 21.5" and the cap fits really nice. Since the cap is stretchy, there is quite a lot of give in the cap. I love this cap and definitely recommend trying it out :)

I haven’t done that yet to any of my wigs as they just look so pretty I hate to deface them lol, but I know it will help to make these few minor tweaks. I need to get over treating them like works of art not to be ‘messed’ with 🌸
