I don't have any words to express what Rachel has done for me. About a year ago I lost all desire to play after a band I was in did a couple of reunion gigs.Been playing professionally since 16 and now being 52 after the band broke up I was devastated. Even though I was 50 at the time of the break up I had not touched a keyboard or guitar for almost two years. Then the reunion gigs came and went last year in the winter of 2016. I set up my instruments but didn't' practice or play them. That is until about a month ago when I came across a video of Rachel playing Foreplay by Boston at NAAM. A piece I've always wanted to play! I was floored watching Rachel play it and it inspired me to get back into playing. The past month I cannot wait to get home and get to practicing and playing again. I found the love for music again and not dreading practicing! I dunno whether I needed a break of someone brought Rachel into my life to inspire me I really dunno. I do know I'm thankful and grateful I seen the video. Blessed Be and Thank You.

Rachel, I am so glad that you are keeping Keith Emerson's music alive. I've been listening to ELP since 1973, my all time favorite band, and have seen them in concert three times. Thank you so much for your work doing Keith's wonderful music. By the way I loved Greg's vocals [ what a truly beautiful voice ] and his guitar works and Carl Palmer, in my opinion, THE world's finest, most entertaining drummer. Please keep up your good works Rachel. Signed, Doug, a big fan.

Ms. Flowers, you would be a remarkable talent even if you hadn't been blind nearly since birth, as listening to your music for about two minutes shows anyone. That you've overcome such a difficult physical challenge to become someone respected and mentored by some of the most famous and gifted musicians in the world, and a successful artist in your own right (on a dozen different instruments, yet!), speaks volumes about how much grit, determination and love of music there is in you, in addition to your incredible talent. I hope we get a great many more years to enjoy your work, and congratulations and blessings to you from a lifelong musical wannabe.

Hey Mrs. Flowers, you probably don't remember me but I along with the rest of the Hueneme Drama club worked with Rachel on the play Aladdin my Freshman year. I didn't talk much with Rachel, nor did i see her on a regular basis outside of working on the play, but every time i saw her she always had a smile on her face. watching her play was like watching a dolphin swimming in the water. completely natural, as if in that very moment she was in a world far beyond ours and she was free to do whatever she wished. It makes me very happy that she is receiving the recognition and adoration that she has always deserved.

Aaaargh!!! I only found this clip a month after the deadline to place my vote for that trailer. It was maybe a couple of years ago that that came across the clip of Rachel playing Stevie Wonder's "Superwoman" and I've been a huge fan ever since. Just like Stevie as a youngster, it seems Rachel has that same gift for music. In a world polluted by Biebers, Gagas, and Iggy Azaleas, this is a REAL star who deserves her own place on a grand stage. Really looking forward to seeing this film!

Wow. A wonderfully talented young lady. It's the pure joy that comes from her throughout all clips that astounds me. Many people have the technical ability to play instruments. It's when the music played on those instruments comes from the soul, from a place of joy, that makes the music so wonderful, so touching. And the clip playing with Dweezil Zappa was absolutely amazing. Inca Roads is a beautiful piece of music by Frank Zappa. But a technical piece too. Rachel absolutely knocks one out of the park on that piece. Great stuff coming from this awesome young woman! Warms my heart to hear her play.

Kudos to this talented lady....from 1959 to 1964(3rd to 8th grades) l attended schools in Whittier,'s. They had blind students there and we were exposed to Braille and the difficulties they had to overcome. The two I remembered best were Patti Byrd...she was an accomplished violinist by the third grade and an amazing person. Also Gary Schmidt a fantastic piano player....these folks I admire and still do and feel small that even with my having the gift of these people are giants and did so much for me on my personal journey through life and my dealings with people that I have met along the path.....Thank You
