One of best shot-makers I have ever seen in almost 40 years of following curling. Courageous and talented shot-maker/caller. One of Canada's great sporting champions.

Thank you for having the courage to share your story. It was a crazy time for everyone but I can’t even imagine the stress you were going through. Having very young kids and having to leave them must have been extremely tough. Losing out at the Olympics was also heart breaking for you guys. You are one tough cookie to try and deal with all of that. I’m glad you reached out for support as sometimes it’s just too much.

She’s my favourite female curler so this was really cool to be able watch this and get a personal and behind the scenes look at Rachel. I personally just love like personal documentaries and behind the scenes stuff like this because it reminds you that the athletes you watch on tv are more then just athletes u watch on tv, they are humans with regular lives like the rest of us 🥺🥰 it really makes you think deeper and see them for more then just what they are on tv. Thanks so much to Sportsnet for sharing this ❤️❤️ I hope to see more of these!

Tons of respect for you! I read your heartfelt tweet at the time and like many curlers sent a message of support. Did not know the extent of the isolation. We owe you much.❤

Curling Canada really put her and John in an impossible situation. You can’t expect to prepare for 2 weeks and then waltz into the Olympics and beat teams who have been training and preparing for over a year

Thank you for sharing Rachel; I would like an acknowledgment from the public health officers, that the mandates did significant harm with questionable benefit, especially to our young healthy athletes who had very very low risk for severe covid illness, and suffered greatly from the prolonged isolation from families, and were coerced to accept vaccines with very uncertain long term consequences.

Great interview IF I could have heard it all. The background music was brutal and as far as I am concerned added absolutely nothing to the video. Anyway I heard about 60% of what was said. I feel sorry for Rachel and Kevin as the video producer did a hatchet job on their interview.

Sorry to read you couldn't hear. I never even noticed the music. I'm listening on good headphones though. They should make sure the audio doesn't require a certain setup to be understandable.

Rachel Homan would not know curling etiquette if it slapped her in the face. What she did to the Danish skip Madeleine Dupont and her team was a black mark on Canadian curling and thankfully Homan will carry that with her the rest of her career. Also thankful that karma caught up to Homan and her terrible etiquette and she went on to lose that game and it became the first time this very proud Canadian cheered for the team playing AGAINST Canada.

If you watch this and your reaction is to throw hate towards a person, after many years and doing so over an extended period of time across multiple mediums, it says much, much worse about you than a decision to pull a burned rock.
