Literally Rachel is the only person (apart from Blaine and his dad) that actually appreciates the talent that Kurt has and realises that he is on level with Rachel herself. This is why this scene is one of my faves alongside the scene in season 5 after Kurt gets out of hospital.

I think they were actually teary-eyed, for real, during this scene, and not just acting. I watched it like 7 times in a row and still can't help weeping every time she says "and because of you I will never apologize for who I am or how I look". Also because that is what I would say to Chris Colfer if i ever met him.

I am with you on this one. It really does show just how far Rachel's and Kurt's relationship/friendship has gotten from season 1 episode 1. For them to have thrown it out, makes me wonder why they have thrown it out although if it was because of the episode time limit, I totally get that., but if it was because of something other than time, I don't understand the reason behind it.
