From my experience and observations, in a multi cat household, there is always a Poki. Uncannily smart and very persistent (usually for food). Ours is named Neo.

Rescue cats are often like this, especially when they were hungry and starved for so long. Food is so important to them, and that focus never leaves them. Easy to see the bond and all the love he has too though. ❤️

I had a Poki, except with a complete tail. All of my cabinets and doors had to be child proofed. All interior doors are scratched at the bottom where he was either trying to break in or break out. He was absolutely too smart for his own good. There is something about tuxedos that makes me just melt. In fact, it was Poki that got me started watching your channel. By the way, my Poki went by the name of Eldon.(aka: the best cat ever ❤)

I don't think he was wild. He's too tame and domesticated. And wild/street cats know about being careful of cars and wouldn't have their tale run over by one. And I believe this cat was found by a long stretch of road like a highway. Which stopping on is illegal I believe, like Rachel said. This cat was obviously neglected and then dumped by the roadside.

After watching more videos I'm glad to see that he is now a happy and healthy cat with a loving family both fuzzy and furless. I have come to be very fond of Poki. What a wonderful cat he truly is.
