Hi, 1st time watching and love how you describe the products and prices. I dont have any allergies but i do watch the ingredients in stuff. Tecipes sounded fantastic..maybe you can keep the granulated garlic jar and try the too on the sams garlic container or just pour the powder into the Costco container since you like the top so much😊

OMG. You can make a super easy, fantastic real meat sauce, cheap! Ingredients: Lb of ground beef, Lg can of diced tomatoes, can of tomatoes paste, cut up onion, garlic (fresh or powdered), pinch of oregano & basil, salt and pepper. Optional cup of red wine. Brown the meat and put it aside. Sautée onion in beef pan, then add beef and the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and then reduce to your desired consistency. Enjoy and skip the RAOs.

I couldn’t shop in Costco because I couldn’t afford anything there. It’s very expensive and you have to buy so much of everything. And I’d say 3/4 of the stuff people buy are impulse buys by being tempted. There are some nice thing though.

Have you tried A2 milk & A2/A2 dairy? It’s from cows who only produce the A2 hormone, in comparison to the typical dairy derived from cows who have A1/A2 hormone making it harder to digest. I cannot tolerate any other dairy and haven’t for years. I tried A2 and I have zero reactions from it! So much easier to digest!

What’s wrong with canola oil?
@heyikindalikeyou7 ай бұрын
Canola oil is a poisonous substance, an industrial oil that does not belong in the body. It contains “the infamous chemical warfare agent mustard gas,” hemagglutinins and toxic cyanide-containing glycocides; it causes mad cow disease, blindness, nervous disorders, clumping of blood cells and depression of the immune system. This is what detractors say about canola oil. But of course you most likely don’t care and will continue using this substance so🤷♀️
@yogamom18987 ай бұрын
It's inflammatory. But maybe someone else can elaborate more lol
@pamc91067 ай бұрын
@@yogamom1898 really? That’s all I ever use, I thought it was healthier. I hardly ever use it but when I need it that’s what I use. Maybe that’s why I hurt a lot. Anyone else want to share what canola oil does to the body? Thx!
@annroberts45937 ай бұрын
@@pamc9106I think everyone’s body is different. But it is very inflammatory and it’s because of the process they put it through to put it in the bottle as a liquid. It’s not a natural oil. So avocado and olive are the 2 we use. For solid oil we use coconut oil. I buy all of them at Costco or Sam’s Club. Make sure on olive oil you buy 1 that is from a single origin country, like just Italy so you know it’s actually olive oil
@pamc91067 ай бұрын
