Girl I absolutely feel you on the dating question. My dad asked me that once - "is the relationship perfect or are you making it perfect?" I think the key might be to focus on whether you actually like the dude and not on whether he likes you. I've fallen into that trap. Like would you hang out with him as friends? Do you feel safe to be yourself? Does he seem trustworthy? Obviously it takes more than one date to figure these things out, but I think you know by the 3rd date if you want to continue seeing each other

My experience of a good date (Married for 18 years now) if you don't run out of conversation content, but it has to flow naturally, and y'all could literally chat for hours! You know if this is headed somewhere if you both don't want this date to end. You will feel this. Another good sign is if you make each other laugh genuinely. There has to be a level of respect if that isn't there already it will never happen trust me. Follow your gut feeling and don't force anything just take it step by step and don't think ahead let it happen naturally. At the end of the day you will know of this feels right or wrong! I feel like most of the comments talk about the dating question in terms of like looking for a soulmate or finding 'the one' but i think sometimes dates can just be fun without the expecation of them being "the one". if youre a naturally talkative and high energy person, I think it really just comes down to "am i excited to see this person again" if so, the date was good because your decision is based on more than yourself. If youre not too excited to see them again, then you just had fun because youre a fun person , imo :)

As a girlie who takes a long time to warm up to people romantically, the biggest thing I would say is don't put any expectation on the first date feeling like an exceptionally good one. Sometimes it just takes longer to feel it with the person. You might benefit from learning in more detail about attachment theory. I have a fearful avoidant attachment style and hearing people say ‘when you know you know’ was not helpful for me, as our attachment style is characterised by having a lot of doubts / fear of commitment- but in reality this is a defense mechanism to prevent getting close and getting hurt. So it is different for everyone. Also learning over time the most important thing is aligned values and morals - everything else will most likely change over time anyway. For me I look for kindness, dependability, honesty, trustworthiness, some chemistry / attraction, a sense of playfulness and emotional maturity.I heard there’s been lots of research that proves kindness is the number indicator for a healthy long term relationship! Also remembering nobody is perfect and some fulfilment we can also get from friends. I.e shared interests. Im a psychology nerd but I hope this helps x

Laser hair removal is AMAZING so worth it but most people do have to do it forever (if you are naturally hairy) e.g. you’ll have to do it a few times a year as the hair does start to grow back otherwise. There is a lot of miss information online, so many influencers say it doesn’t hurt but it really does, they increase the settings as you go so the pain gets worse but it is quick and like I said 100% worth it 🥰
