Hey Rach! I was on the hair growth journey at the beginning of the year and I consistently take vital proteins collagen everyday and it truly made my hair/nails extremely healthy. I have such acne prone skin and something I always look out for in products is added fragrance! It is usually not a good sign for my skin if a product "smells good" lol

I’ve had acne literally my whole life and the biggest game changer is the Aztec clay mask! It kind of has a cult following but for good reason. It’s strong and will make ur face red but it goes down after a little. When I’m dealing with crazy breakouts, I do it every night until the breakout subsides. You can mix it with water or ACV. I do a teaspoon ACV and a teaspoon of the clay mixture and put it on for 12 minutes and it does wonders

1. You gotta try siete tortillas for your breakfast tacos- game changer!!!!! 2. Acne is suuuuper common when coming off birth control (almost expected) due to the increase in testosterone, you just have to give it time to level out :) DIM supplements are great for post BC acne as well if you ever want to look into them!
