At last, I found the title of this song!! It's been 25 years ago since I first heard this song. I have saved it in my drive since then and keep playing it every time I am sad and lonely, despite of still not knowing the title of the song. This is my childhood song, especially those times when you had this "puppy love" growing up and realised that you were not meant to be. Oh Boy! I love classic songs.Dati kinanta ko 'to noon sa subject namin na PEHM nung grade 5 ako.Lahat ng kaklase ko puro local folk songs ang kinanta nila.I was only 11 years old that time pero matalas at mataas ang taste ko sa music kahit hindi ganon kaayos ang boses ko pero dahil sa dagdag na grades na ipinagako sa'min nung teacher namin ay naglakas-loob akong kumanta sa harap ng mga kaklase ko at nagulat yung teacher namin kasi bakit alam ko daw yung song na ito despite of my age at nataon na paborito pala nya.Naamaze sya kasi naeexecute ko yung song ng maayos sa maayos na ritmo at pronounciation nung lyrics at napahanga ko sya kasi panahon daw nya yung kanta na iyon.He gave a grade of 97.That was unforgettable moment of my life na kapag naaalala ko at naririnig ko ang kantang ito ay nagpapaalala sa'kin na mas may taste at sense talaga ang music noon kesa ngayon.

I like SOME oldies love songs, but when I started listening to a few those dang algorithms populated only those, lol A lot of these songs I’m hearing for the first time, I love reading the lyrics, but also the comments. Something about seeing a plethora of all generations enjoying the same songs, resonating with the same lyrics but knowing they have a different meaning with everyone is just surreal. The notion that two people can feel so connected to each other that songs, music, and words are sometimes the only way to get the feelings across (even if only partially) properly. Songs for love, apologies, hurt, anxiety, depression, and happiness, etc., that just blend together and create such an emotional response reminds me that there are so many people in the world who ARE capable of understanding what two connected souls feel, even if it’s a ‘fairytale’ that nobody close to them could even fathom or think is ‘real.’ That’s how my situation is, I think… Nobody could understand how I could love this person so much that I’d forgive them before anything else, that I’d trust them with my deepest fears and darkest secrets, that I’d try over and over to find them. That I feel them in my soul, innately, without any guessing. I don’t ask how or why other people came to love each other, or try to qualify the depth of their love, or understand what, if any, connection their souls have to one another. But, it seems people can’t shake the necessity to do so to me… I hate that. I share how I feel (felt) with the people close to me, and they tried to qualify and question it without even ASKING me why or how. It just hurts to be taken over by that. Our dreams are ours. And, I hope one day, we can tell everyone of our ‘fairy tale’ and they will understand (or maybe just believe, at the very least), because it’s truth. 💜♾
