Love this video! My husband and I are having a couples therapy session with my therapist to go over our 2024 goals. Work on having a baby. Pay off some bills Be more active. Eat more healthier Those are just a few main ones.

happy new year!!❤ I have the Sony noise cancelling headphones and I love them. It for sure takes time to get used to! Also, I’ve heard that doing certain workouts with headphones like these are not comfortable so you are not alone there. But to me, the headphones are worth it!!

If your house has an approved roof slope I recommend a metal roof it’s a bit more expensive than shingle roof but it lasts longer. My friend and I both had our roof done in Cooper City FL around the same time about 3 years ago same roof size she paid $9k 1000sq ft roof for shingles & I paid $17k 1000sq ft roof for metal. I know the difference is a lot but she’s already had three leaks with her shingle roofs and extra damage in the ceiling because of the leak. Once you go metal I don’t think you go back. Metal roof can last 50 year and they are great for hurricanes. If you can afford do it because a roof is one thing you don’t want to go cheap with. Good luck ❤
