I try to eat my lunch later to avoid feeling burnt out earlier. It’s like after I eat lunch even if it’s something light, I just want to take a nap. Another thing is, if you are “bored” I will clean my office, organize my desk top, drawers, even clean shared spaces like conference rooms by just dusting or cleaning the windows it gets you up and moving and I usually notice that with the powers of the world once I start doing something, work task begin to pop up.

We have bought Rachel a car at the age of 16 and trusted her with most things. She went away to college and we spoke only when she felt like speaking, so she had her time to grow up in private and be herself. We would never choke up the child whom we love so much! We raised the children to be independent and strong from a young age and are so happy that they are just that!
