It's tiring. This autumn I'll start 2nd course medicine and I can say this 1st year was...very colorful. Your 1st priority should be the studies,it'll be hard to manage to do many things. You have to be consistent and study regularly because if you leave one material for the next week,it can be fatal. But on the other hand it's very exciting because you learn so many new things and you communicate with very educated people and colleagues. Fighting colleague hehe
