@@david_pittard funny thing is , for some peoples ( I included) going fast and faster is extremely fun and I can even affirm it’s kinda addictive, wiles for others peoples they’re absolutely scared shitless of it, so much that some actually shit in their pants, as a good example one of my friend bought a motorcycle one day and he had a lots of fun....for a couples of months, then wiles making a unturned in a gas station he lost his balance and fell on the side, a small scratch on the knee, nothing dramatic, but he just realized that he could get hurt on this, and just like that he sold it, that’s the type 1 were I put a good 90% of the populations, wiles on the type 2 you have other that only wants mores we’re I am way more of the type 2 since up to now I died 3 times and every times I’ve woke up after a bike crashes at the hospital the only thing I want to do is getting back on a bike, pepoles always ask me if am scared the first time I get back on a bike and the only answer I know is waving theme bye bye and pulling a wheely as soon as I get a few feet’s done.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

@@coco11118 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’m 54 and I had only 21 bikes in my life, I’m literally one of the founding members of the breakwheely started that in 1992, believe me the biggest difference between now and then is the quality of the tires, todays tires grips like crazy glue on asphalt, back then I don’t remember how many times that instead of gripping and pulling the breakwheely the front tires just lock and you had no choice of putting a foot on the grounds for the bike not to lye down in the middle of the streets, anyway for me what I was saying is just that for unknown reason so many peoples then to bragged that they go fast and do this and that , but in reality they wish they would do it, but they’re scared, if something! They are the intelligent ones, because I can’t say that I didn’t show often signs of intelligence myself, sure I had a lots of fun’s and motorcycles are extremely fun but it still extremely dangerous too, even in the motorcycles worlds I meet a lots of peoples who always bragging, but when we got to rides, theirs always something wrong for themes, so many peoples brags of many things but thoses who do act are in reality very few, and it’s a bless because if their was many peoples who would be like they brags it would be a crazy worlds out there but anyway I have nothing to prouve to anyone’s , just saying that I certainly don’t have the budget to have a run of this track on something a bit better than my Hyundai Santa Fe 😂, but if I had the opportunity to fly there and have a go on this track, I wouldn’t hesitated , has a passenger I would have to know who’s the driver and if I trust him/ her, but has to drive myself !? Count me in this second, and if you offered this to anyones, many would say yes, but once there , they would probably have a reason like they’re sick

Lovely video and much appreciated. Years ago I had a Ducati sports bike and at a family gathering, took some family members for a short slow lap on it, about 1km. Dad, who used to ride couldn't wait to get off and said so in his kindly way, despite me not going over 40 km/h (I'm a very experienced rider). Mum got on and at the end of our slow lap, she yelled "doesn't this thing go David?". I said to hang on and fired it up on another lap. She absolutely loved it! A few years after that I took her for a blast in a 911 I owned at the time and she was grinning and giggling like a school girl. Not so my dad, who being a superb driver himself (once as a professional) is ever the nervous passenger. Great memories! Cheers from Sydney, Aust - Dave

I wouldn't quite describe that as oversteer actually. The crest peaks in the middle of that turn and so the car lifts because of the forward momentum of going up the hill. When the weight is being propelled upwards the wheels lose traction for a moment, all you do is keep the steering angle and kinda catch the cars weight as it lands. Too fast you'll get too much air and by the time you land you'll be too close or on the grass and then into the barrier lol But the point is that this isn't oversteer and happens every single time you go through this corner if you're going fast enough. These guys know how to handle this easy. Not quick maffs lol

No matter if it's free or expensive, share as many experiences as you possibly can with your father. This includes telling him everything you ever want to say to him, good and bad. Leave nothing off the table. Believe me, it will make it easier to say goodbye when that day comes. Sadly, no matter how far into the future that day may be, it will come much sooner than we wish. She complained how this car doesn't have "luxury" for $30k and I could have gotten an Accord. I then proceeded to take the car through a back road, drop it into 3rd gear and ripped along the 4 mile stretch of road. Other than when i was a kid, i never had my mother yelled and screamed at me so much. At the end of the ride, it was then she knew why I was spending $30k on a car.

As a father you will never feel safe for your son who is in to racing. Even if he is the best driver in the world, you will never feel safe. What I see here is a father getting a first hand experience of what his son's day job is all about. Being outside of the car ofcourse you understand that there is danger involved, but being inside is a whole new experience. It will take a few of such rides for the father to feel more comfortable about it. But it was an amazing video and to me it shows in a way also that precious fatherly love.
