Tailgating someone gives you more boost depending on how far away from them you are And it also takes in count how many people you're behind (but i'm pretty sure there is a limit on how fast it can charge up)

That's called slipstreaming, and it's something that happens in real life racing. Because cars are going so fast, it leaves a vacuum behind them that air rushes to fill in. Getting into that area let's the air rushing in pull you forward a bit, giving more speed, although some racing games instead give you boost.

I love how this game is balanced. It forces you to get comfortable with more cars while not locking you out of enjoying the game the way you want to. When you upgrade a car it either gets better in speed and acceleration but not as good in handling and braking power, or vice versa. The faster cars are really good with long straight courses while cars with better handling and braking are better for very drifty courses with few straights. And any car can be good, as long as you're good at driving it.

Green boost gives you 3 when you do it normally off the start line, as opposed to the 2 you get for a purple boost. So I'd imagine that is the same goal for the meter starts.

NOPE green gives you more boost gauges and a weaker starting boost but purple gives you a stronger starter boost but less boost gauges

There's another Batmobile in the game (No not the armoured one) and I don't know what it's stats are but maybe that'll be better suited to your playstyle? Also as for the purple and green boost bar thingy don't quote me on this but I *think* that it's a case of the purple one gives you a better boost but less boost gage and the green one is a slightly worse boost but more boost gage, but again, I could be wrong, it may be it's the same boost but it fills your gage up a lesser amount, but yeah. I think the idea is that purple is good for cars that don't have much boost gage and green is for cars with lots of boost gage.

Ive played a bit, purple is best. as a side note you can tell how you did at start by the exhaust flames, they are the colors that appear on the boost start, and are useful to figure out the timing on regular starts

day 74 or 75 of asking scrapman to start a Survival series amphibious tank/basically any transportation and floating base/barge (or under water.) But you need mods... it's a require ment to breathe under water, if you want an under water base/transportation. And yes i am talking about the under water fan moonbo reviewed that basically makes water spaces air spaces... if that makes any sense.) (and if you wanted to move the barge/boat/floating base you are able to make thrusters/glitches/mods to do it or by lift or actual push)
