Long time ago they released "English Beta/Global Beta" and it ended after few days from it's release. The videos you are seeing are old ones from that beta, currently this game is only officially available in China & Taiwan. Recently they released another new beta in Saudi Arabia, UAE & Japan and it has English language as well but still it's not official so maybe people are posting videos of that version. I think this game with release globally at the end of this year.
