Hi mate.. looking to finally get into the sport next year.. Am I right in understanding, if my name was mr jones and son that would be £70? Sorry if it’s a obvious question

Hey, No worries for your question! Fortunately at this point, (statement was released today) is suggested that junior membership fees is not increasing. However, if your son was over 16, and you both wanted to be members of the RPRA, in a partnership, then the fee would be £70!

I’ve only just started and I can’t believe how cheap everything is! If you think my children do gymnastics which is £80 per month! Everything since I’ve started this fantastic sport is cheap, if you compare it to other sports and hobbies! It’s a little bit prehistoric and needs a revamp, this might also entice new people to the sport!

It can be cheap, but can very easily get very expensive too!

Sadly RPRA has been running on days gone by, instead of moving forward,, for years,, it’s an antiquated organisation, what needs to be brought up to date instead of rolling over,, hawk problem and defra rules,, maybe we need a new organisation,,

That's very much the case I think! RPRA is still being run as though it's the 1950's and unfortunately it's not kept up with the times!

Add new rules for the modern times is what RPRA needs to do also need to encourage new people into this hobby, I love this hobby but sadly not much young folk like to do this

I think once the finances are in order through modernising the structure, then it will be easier to push and promote the sport!

Social media and also their website need to be exciting and scrap the rubber clock system and stick to ets

Its run by complete amateurs. Needs a good overall of all things . This has been going on for years .Brian woodhouse warned this would happen

The warnings have been there for years! It's not something I normally comment on too much. But I think we're at the point now where the minority becomes the majority, and this could well be the catalyst for change!
