Racing Quadcopter: First Season of Flying (FPV edit)

To those of you seeing that my most recent video was published about one year ago, fear not! I am still alive. The channel, on the other hand, is more sedentary than I am. It's just a hobby for me, after all, and videos only happen when I have enough free time to do the project associated with the video, film the project, and then edit it. All in all, that's about 15 hours of work per video. I can't devote all of my free time to working on youtube without burning out, which is my excuse for not uploading. I will, however, be publishing a video within the next few weeks. It's not gaming, per say, but it should be reasonably high quality. As a preview, I can say that it involves lasers!

I got here from the Minecraft Timelapse and it was great and hit me with feels. Thank you for reminding me of the greater days. I loved it when nothing mattered and there was no controversial topics. DIY quadcopter cobbled together with relatively cheap parts, but good cameras (runcam 2 and foxeer for FPV), cheap furibee VR-01 goggles that have decent reception, DRL simulator (back when it was free), and Taranis QX7 tx which I recommend because it's all the radio I'll ever need and buying a good radio is the best thing to spend money on; it retains its value and lasts as long as you're willing to stay in the hobby.

Personally, yes! KZbin (one of my many hobbies) has just been moved to a lower priority. I only have so much time and energy in a given day, and most of it gets spent before I can work on another video.

I highly suggest looking up other FPV pilots. SnakeFPV is one of my favorites. What I'm doing is still very, very basic.

TBH, no I don't. I tried to play it a bit about a month ago, and while I enjoyed it, it just takes too much time to properly play. The small amount of free time I have now is more devoted to personal projects rather than gaming, so there isn't much time for gaming, let alone minecraft. If I get to 100K subs, however, there may be a special livestream that involves minecraft, so stay tuned!

Did you use a controller (e.g. xbox 360), or the actualy transmitter you'll be flying with? I practiced with the real transmitter and it helped a bunch.
