Have him put line lock on tiny! Its what drag racers use to do their burn out. You push the brake then hit a button and it holds your front brakes locked until you let off the brake. Once you let off the brakes they work normal. Its cheap and safe cause you always have front and rear brakes all the time when you're wanting to drive normal.
