Yeah it's not easy with the conditions here :(. Wet ride or no ride for most of winter. It can be fun but not the cleanup afterwards!

Well done in the race, great result! It was good speaking with you and Thomas on the Saturday night at the camp (Raaw Madonna man), I never raced on Sunday as it turned out I had concussion from practice.

Thanks! It was crazy out there eh. The new trails were so good. Looking forward to riding them again without the race pressure and having some fun on the features and lines. Tam didn't have a Go Pro - Can't fit it under the visor unfortunately but hopefully we'll figure something out in future! Sure! We'll be in the valley for a fair while now but when we do venture up we'll definitely give you a shout 👍

Congrats on your finish! I know what you mean about not feeling it when you have to go out in full on rain. But the hardest part is getting out there. Once you're actually riding it can be its own kind of fun and challenge. As long as you don't get too cold. Having to wait 45 minutes in the rain and wind sounds pretty horrible. Hard to start a stage cold too, that's when mistakes happen non-stop. The trails looked sweet! I think Scottish riders might give Canadians a run for their money regarding trail politeness, as witnessed when you fell while passing!

Thanks! Yeah riding when you’re cold is horrible. So tense! It’s getting to that time of year where the weather can be pretty dodgy. The trails were great though in both conditions! Haha a few people said I was super polite 😅 I think it was just that crazy with the conditions I had to laugh 😂

Thanks! Yeah I've seen them. They look good for winter - just a bit too hot for me. I couldn't even wear trousers here I was that warm 😂 well until stage 2! haha
