Man . . . I live in GP, and i was coming back from Dallas and saw you guys from the hywy. I had JUST purchased a s1kr like two days prior. I wanted so bad to go home and grab it and see what you guys were doing. Good to see everyone had a great time and stayed safe ! I need some help though gentleman and ladies. I'm throwing a slip on it but not sure which one to go with. Werkes, Arrow, Racefit???? Can you guys steer me in the right direction. This is my 1st rocket. I've been riding for 15yrs now and ride a Yamaha Warrior Midnight (1700cc) Cruiser on steroids (I've done mods) this one i have now is my 4th one over the past 15yrs. So ya. If you guys can give me your opinion on which slip on to get i would appreciate it. Thanks

I'd go with Akra in general, but I don't know about S1Ks. If you want to enjoy your bike more in the long run, do yourself a favour and read/watch Twist Of The Wrist and similar material such as The Pace and Total Control, as well as learn to set your suspension up, because the problem with sportsbikes is they respond so fast, the margin for error is slim compared to pretty much everything else ;)

Shit when you raced Mezz w/ stock exhaust I’m assuming you were flashed? My 23 is tune only, figured would add the headers later but the flash would deliver a majority of the power gains. That’s all to say if just adding the headers made that tangible of a difference, I’m impressed.
